Where does Holistically Refined ship?

We ship our monthly subscription boxes to all 50 states within the U.S. and U.S. Territories, as well as APO, FPO, and DPO addresses to reach our military and foreign service families.

For Shop orders, we ship to all addresses within the contiguous U.S. for now, and we hope to expand our delivery options in the future!

Unfortunately, we don’t ship to Canada or to other international addresses. Yet.

How do I change the shipping address for my monthly subscription(s)?

You can manage your subscriptionsHERE (Or: log into your Holistically Refined account, go to My Account, view your Subscriptions, and then click “Edit Subscription”.) Under the Subscription Details section, you’ll see your current shipping address and a link below to update it. (If you have multiple people receiving subscription boxes, you will need to update the address for each subscription separately).

Any changes made by the 1st of the month with go into effect for that month’s subscription shipment

  • How long does it take my Shop order to ship?

    We offer two shipping speeds in our Shop:

    • Standard: 7-14 business days, depending on your shipping address location
    • Expedited: 3-5 business days

When your order has shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1-4 business days for processing once your order is placed.

I still haven’t received my package. Help!

Not to worry! Please first check status update on your order in My purchases within your Profile this will update and track your purchases. We ask that you purchase through our al’carte . If your still have not received your order with in the time frame please  contact us and we’ll get this sorted.

When can I expect to receive my boxes?

Our boxes ship mid-month and will typically arrive between the 20th-28th of each month (depending on your location). For your first subscription box, please refer to your order confirmation email for a delivery estimate. When your box ships each month, we will send you a shipment notification email with tracking information to follow your package’s progress.
