1. I ORDERED DURING THE LAST OPENING BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX. WHEN DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX SHIP?

Holistically Refined will ship your subscription box once per month on the 15th of each month. Once your subscription box ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or you can check the my purchases section of your account on holisticallyrefined.com.

2. I PAID WHEN I FIRST SIGNED UP, BUT WAS CHARGED AGAIN ON THE 15TH, WHY IS THIS?

Your subscription box is billed in advance of shipping which means you pay for your very first box on the date you first order and then again the 15th of each month thereafter.

3. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept returns but we welcome you to contact us at contactus@holisticallyrefined.com to share your concerns.

4. I MISSED OUT ON THE OPENING FOR A SUBSCRIPTION THIS MONTH, WHAT CAN I DO?

We open for new subscriptions each month and sell out VERY quickly. Be ready when next month’s opening comes around. We look forward to having you as a part of the holistically refined community.

5. I NEED TO UPDATE MY SHIPPING / BILLING ADDRESS.

Go into your account at holisticallyrefined.com and update your shipping or billing address and send an email to contactus@holisticallyrefined.com informing us of the change. We will send you a confirmation email once your address is updated. You must tell us about your address change before the last day of the month to ensure that your subscription box goes to the correct address.

6. WHERE CAN I BUY MORE PRODUCTS LIKE THE ONES IN MY BOX?

Check out our online shop. We advise you to do reviews as you receive your monthly products so that we can make a decision to carry the products you love in our online shop. If we do not have what you love, check our directory for our partner’s direct shops.

7. DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?

At this time the monthly Holistically Refined does not ship internationally. We do hope to expand in the future.

8. HOW LONG IS YOUR WAITING LIST?

Our subscription boxes are first come, first serve. We open the list for monthly subscriptions once per month. If you’d like to be alerted of monthly list openings, please be sure to sign up for our newsletter!

9. I SIGNED UP FOR A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, DO I NEED TO SIGN UP EACH MONTH DURING YOUR OPENING?

Once you’re in you’re IN. You will be billed monthly on the 15th of each month, until you deactivate your subscription.

10. WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE SOMETHING IN MY BOX?

We’d love to hear from you. We will send you surveys to discover what products you enjoy or want to add. We encourage you to rate and review each product you had the chance to experience in your box each month.  We want to make this an amazing experience for you so we STRONGLY encourage your feedback via ratings, surveys, reviews and our community forum. You can give the products you don’t love to a friend or family member.

11. HOW DO I SHARE MY PICTURES, VIDEOS OR REVIEWS WITH HOLISTICALLY REFINED?

We strongly encourage you to send your pictures videos and reviews to contactus@holisticallyrefined.com to be featured on our site. Or just post them on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter and hashtag #holisticallyrefined or #holisticbox. Photos and videos are selected to be showcased on our website and social media upon approval. Shout us out!

12. I JOINED THE EMAIL LIST, AM I A MEMBER?

Not yet. You will become a member once you have ordered a monthly subscription.

13. I NEED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. HOW DO I DO THAT?

We strive to cater our subscribers needs in time. The longer you are a subscriber the better you customize and cater to your specific needs. We encourage your interaction and engagement on our community forums, surveys, ratings and reviews.  To cancel your subscription, send your name, email address, and order # to contactus@holisticallyrefined.com and we will cancel your subscription. You must send your cancellation in before midnight (eastern standard time) on the 20th of the month prior if you want to cancel and/or receive a refund. (Example: To cancel for February we need an email from you by January 20th)

14. HOW MUCH IS DOES IT COST TO BECOME A SUBSCRIBER?

The normal rate for the subscription box is $44.95 a month with free shipping you are getting 4-5 Full Size natural products. Please check our site for specials!

15. WILL I BE ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE MY PRODUCTS EACH MONTH?

We strive to cater our subscribers needs in time. The longer you are a subscriber the better you customize and cater to your specific needs. We encourage your interaction and engagement on our community forums, surveys, ratings and reviews. You customize your box through your interaction and time.

16. I’M ALLERGIC TO CERTAIN PRODUCTS, HOW CAN I BE SURE MY BOX WON’T CONTAIN PRODUCTS WITH THESE INGREDIENTS?

While our goal is to meet the needs of our subscribers, we can’t guarantee products that you won’t be allergic to. So PLEASE be sure to check out the product ingredients on your products before you try them to make sure that you’re A-OK! We take allergies and your health VERY seriously!

17. HOW MUCH DOES SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is FREE for subscription packages being sent to addresses within the contiguous U.S.
